Mothers and Maidens Retreat with Sister MorningStar
An intimate weekend escape designed to deeply nourish, strengthen, and celebrate the sacred generational bond between mothers and daughters, and to initiate young women and girls into their feminine power. Nestled in the peaceful countryside of County Meath at Boyne View House, this boutique retreat will initiate young women and girls into their feminine power through ceremony, handcrafting and story-telling while their mothers hold sacred the privilege and responsibility of raising instinctual, powerful maidens in the modern world. We will feast on gorgeous local grazing boards, and woodfired pizzas. Overnight adult guests will gather for an exclusive, intimate evening circle of the "Unspeakables" and receive true sisterhood support.

The Womyn's Path
Four days with women. Four days with nature. Four days to step away from the pace of everyday life and spend time in a way that has become increasingly rare. We will gather in an intimate circle. Guided by Sister MorningStar's lifelong work with women, birth, and instinct, we will explore the thresholds that shape a woman's life, from our first bleeding to motherhood, menopause, and the quiet wisdom that comes with age. Our days will unfold through conversation, storytelling, time in nature, shared meals, music, and evenings around the fire. There will be space to ask questions, to listen, to rest, and to learn from our guest teacher, but also from one another.
Rather than offering certainty or a prescribed path, these four days invite thoughtful conversation, careful listening, and the opportunity to see your own life through a different lens. The hope is that you will leave with some of the answers, but more importantly with a deeper relationship to your own instinct, a richer understanding of yourself, and simple, meaningful ways of weaving what you've discovered into the life waiting for you beyond the retreat.

Join traditional Cherokee midwife Sister MorningStar for a a two-day workshop in Kendal, Cumbria
Saturday 19th September: A two-day workshop for midwives, birth workers, doulas and any women interested in pregnancy, birth and the post-natal period. Sister will offer teachings on Infant First Breaths, hands-on skills and the role of Midwife and Mother, breathing the baby out, birth first-aid and case studies, followed by a Q&A session.
Sunday 20th September: During the morning session, Sister will offer teachings on Nurturing Instinct Intelligence and Healing Instinct Injury. Time for case studies and questions. In the afternoon, we will recreate the post-natal village. We will be joined by pregnant women and mothers who have babes in arms.

The Life of a Womyn
An immersive 4 day gathering with Sister MorningStar at Ruthlands Farm in Herefordshire, UK, from 24th–27th September 2026. For Midwives, for all witnesses of birth, for mothers and for any woman.
3 full days of carefully curated workshops to take you into deeper understanding of womanhood, the sacred and the simple, the etherial and the general. Our bodies tell a story and so shall we. With rites of passage written into what it means to be women, and with ritual written into our biology we will explore the thresholds of a woman’s life, and how to honour and tend to ourselves and each other as the maiden the mother and the crone; the Triple Goddess.
This retreat intends to nourish you, mind body and soul. Locally sourced wholesome food and evening saunas tend the body, ancient wisdom and ancestral birth knowledge to undo conditioning and nurture our minds, with hot cacao, and sisterhood to reawaken our souls. We will remember that we belong.
We will plant the seeds for untaming the female psyche, we will nurture instinct intelligence and heal instinct injury. We will spend 3 days and 4 nights building the bridge from ancient wisdom to birth and the modern woman, and untangle the roles of midwife and mother. In a Village Prenatal will we learn how to tend to the wombfuls and reclaim our birth rites. We will sit around the fire and speak the Unspeakables.

In a world that fears and shuns authentic feminine power, birth, and death; the knowledge and practices that protect the sacred thresholds are forgotten and lost. As women, we must learn and preserve these sacred rituals so that we may serve ourselves, our communities, and the earth with reverence and love. Nestled in the serenity of Belgian nature, we'll come together to receive Sister's teachings and life transmissions. We'll dive deep into instinctual birth, how we can best support a birthing woman and how to gather the village that every pregnant woman deserves. We'll be here to untame ourselves to rebirth the ancient Forest Midwife, where birth support is rooted in Nature's wisdom, devotional care and community support, and carried with a humble reverence for the sacred unfolding of one of life's greatest miracles: Birth.
